Dear Colleagues, Researchers, and Friends of the Worm,

I wish you all a warm welcome to our network website. The website is our networks interface with the world and also a repository for all of our current and planned future activities. It should open the door and open your mind to all that one can do with the humble nematode C. elegans in a laboratory within the Nordic Region including the Baltic States. There is contact information to reach a worm lab in your scientific or geographical area, and announcements for our meetings and courses. There are also links to important places within the global C. elegans researcher community that broadens your view of the worm world. The network is funded by Nordforsk and we gratefully applaud their wisdom in getting us up, going, and slithering across new scientific frontiers.

On behalf of the network,

Garry Wong, Ph.D.
Coordinator
